NOTICE TO CREDITORS

All persons, firms and corporations having claims against Norah D. Davis, deceased of Polk County, North Carolina, are hereby notified to present them to David A. Deakin, Executor of the Estate of Norah D. Davis (Polk County Clerk of Court Estate File No. 26E000122-740), on or before the 20th day of December, 2026, in care of BJ Kilgore, Attorney with the law firm Coffield Heedy Kilgore PLLC, or this Notice will be pleaded in bar of their recovery. All persons, firms and corporations indebted to Norah D. Davis please make immediate payment to the Estate of Norah D. Davis.
