COUNTY OF POLK

Donny Thomas Williams having qualified as Ancillary Executor of the Estate of William Houston Smith, Deceased, lately of the County of Rockdale, State of Georgia, this is to notify all persons, firms and corporations having claims against the Estate of William Houston Smith to present them to the undersigned Ancillary Executor representing the Estate.

All claims against said Estate should be presented on or before September 30, 2026, three (3) months from the first running of this Notice, or this Notice will be pleaded in bar of recovery. Persons indebted to the Estate will please make immediate settlement to the Estate.
