The undersigned having qualified as Ancillary Executor of the Estate of James Warren Skardon, deceased, of Greenville County, South Carolina, this is to notify all creditors of said estate to present their claims to the undersigned on or before the 7th day of September, 2026, or this notice will be pleaded in a bar of recovery. All persons indebted to said estate will please make immediate settlement of the same. This is to further notify all persons having claims against said estate that they may serve the same upon Sherri Brewer of Hogan & Brewer, PLLC, Attorney for the Estate, at 229 North Main Street, Hendersonville, North Carolina 28792.
