Having qualified as Personal Representative of the estate of James R. Mellberg, decedent, late of POLK County, North Carolina, this is to notify all persons having claims against the said deceased, to exhibit them to the undersigned on or before 09/03/2026, or this notice will be pled in bar of their recovery. All persons indebted to said estate will please make immediate settlement.
