NOTICE TO CREDITORS

Having qualified on the 10 day of February, 2026 as Co-Personal Representative of the Estate of Kenneth Walter Cochran, deceased, late of Polk County, North Carolina, this is to notify all persons, firms and corporations having claims against the decedent to exhibit the same to the undersigned Executor on or before the 2 day of June, 2026 or this notice will be pleaded in bar of their recovery. All persons, firms and corporations indebted to the estate will please make immediate payment.
