NOTICE TO CREDITORS

Having qualified on the 20 day of February, 2026 as Executor of the Estate of Amy Annie Mae Pace Staton Blackwell, deceased, late of Polk County, North Carolina, this is to notify all persons, firms and corporations having claims against the decedent to exhibit the same to the undersigned Executor on or before the 26 day of May, 2026or this notice will be pleaded in bar of their recovery. All persons, firms and corporations indebted to the estate will please make immediate payment.
