Creditor’s Notice

Having qualified on January 15, 2026, as Executrix of the Estate of Robert Owen Precourt, deceased, late of Polk County, North Carolina, this is to notify all persons, firms, and corporations having claims against the decedent to exhibit the same to the undersigned Executrix on or before the 15th day of May, 2026, or this notice will be pleaded in bar of their recovery.

All persons, firms, and corporations indebted to the Estate should make immediate payment.
