Creditor’s Notice

Having qualified on January 23, 2026, as Executor of the Estate of Jan Derek Harrison, deceased, late of Polk County, North Carolina, this is to notify all persons, firms, and corporations having claims against the decedent to exhibit the same to the undersigned Executor on or before the 1st day of May, 2026, or this notice will be pleaded in bar of their recovery.

All persons, firms, and corporations indebted to the Estate should make immediate payment.
